Tania Harb, MBA

Business Consultant

Expertise in business consulting, advisory services,and project management, with an engineering background and an MBA, and a dynamic, global experience in technology, financial services, and management. Currently consultant/program manager for endeavor Jordan.

Tania is currently working independently as a business analyst and advisor for entrepreneurs in  both for profit and non-profit industries. She is passionate about having a positive impact on the  people around her by helping them meet their goals through improving their value propositions  and business models. Tania is also focused on supporting entrepreneurs to grow their disruption and  innovation capabilities. She especially likes to support the youth and upcoming generations in  achieving their ambitious personal and professional objectives. Her most recent project was designing “the leap” program for Endeavor Jordan. 

“the leap” is a program intended to familiarize  participants with the key aspects of the entrepreneurial process. The main goal of the program is  to enable skilled industry leaders who are ready to start their own businesses develop a mental  model about how entrepreneurship works. The program received rave reviews from all  stakeholders and Endeavor is looking to expand the program moving forward.  

Tania started her career in software development for the banking industry and worked in both IT  firms and commercial banks in New York, London and Amman. Her work responsibilities included  leading complex project management programs and software development. Tania also worked in  the field of architecture and design in management and project development.  

After spending time focused exclusively on raising her family, Tania earned an MBA degree from IE  Business School in Madrid. Tania’s educational credentials also include a BSE from the University of  Pennsylvania in Civil Engineering Structures. She is a mother of three children and married for 19  years. She lives in Amman where she is an active member of the community. At her children’s  school, the Amman Baccalaureate School, Tania has been treasurer of the Booster Club since  2017. The Booster Club is responsible for fundraising and acts as an advisory body to the Athletics  department. Tania has also served on the King's Academy parent council for three years ending  December 2021. Tania has a passion for the fields of education, entrepreneurship, social impact, and design.
