Managing Partner, Transform Advisory

Tala is the Founder and Managing Partner of Transform Advisory, with more than 20 years of experience, Tala has extensive knowledge in helping clients improve their efficiency, effectiveness, governance, and overall performance. Tala has worked across various markets and served clients in different industries. She has worked with some of the biggest organizations in the region and North America. Tala has led many projects in the areas of finance, supply chain and human capital. Working with many multinational and diverse teams, Tala has gained a wide range of skillsets, business perspectives and fostered an innovative mindset.

Prior to being fully dedicated to Transform Advisory, Tala has worked with the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), the largest bank in Canada and the 5th largest in North America where she was part of an Agile team that was responsible for implanting strategic initiatives for the bank through solutions driven by Artificial Intelligent and digital solutions. Before working in Canada, Tala worked with Ernst & Young as a Director under the Advisory service line for 9 years where she has served clients cross various industries and in different markets focusing on Finance Transformations. Tala has led major projects and transformation programs covering multiple dimensions including operating models, process re-engineering, system implementations, organization restructuring while taking into consideration the overall governance for any change.   

Academically, Tala holds a bachelors and master’s degree in accounting from Jordan, she is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the State of New Hampshire Board of Accountancy. Tala is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants. Tala participates in many capacity building programs and teaches CPA and CMA.

Tala is passionate about causes related to cancer, she has participated in many runs and cycling challenges to raise funds and awareness about cancer, especially causes related to sick children with cancer.
