Career History

Currently, Sarah is a Project Manager for Entrepreneurship Policy Implementation at the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship. In this role, she leverages her exceptional expertise and diverse experience to drive impactful policy implementation, enabling aspiring entrepreneurs to succeed and grow.

Before joining the ministry, Sarah was the Head of Innovation and Strategic Projects at Partners for Good NGO. She led self-funded programs such as the social TV show "Mesh Mostaheel", which reached more than two million viewers and received more than one million votes from the public and 2500 startup applications. Sarah also established more than 18 partnerships within private and international organizations and her leadership was instrumental in the show winning the "One Good Idea" award and expanding to Sri Lanka in 2020.

Sarah began her career as an account executive at an international advertising agency, overseeing advertising and campaigns for top FMCG companies in Jordan. She later worked at Mudieb Haddad & Sons Company as a Brand Manager for Colgate Palmolive products and Mr. Chips. Sarah then joined Red Bull as a Brand & Consumer Collecting Manager, leading both the brand-related campaigns and the WINGS Team and Students Brand Managers at universities across Jordan. She also focused on analyzing the consumer landscape and designing effective strategies to reach diverse consumers in various consumption settings.

Throughout her career, Sarah worked on diverse topics and issues locally and internationally. She supported entrepreneurs, enhanced working environments, provided psychosocial support for refugees and migrants in the Netherlands, and implemented community engagement projects.

Sarah is a certified Professional Life Coach, a certification she obtained because of her passion for personal development. She has an impressive track record of success, an unwavering commitment to excellence, and a passion for helping others achieve their full potential.
