20+ years of experience in Banking and risk management with a diversified experience in different Business Streams and functions with international and local banks.

I joined Capital Bank after 9 years of working at Standard chartered Bank and my last position was Country Head of Operational Risk covering Retail, Commercial , support functions and Global subsidiaries with diversified products offering.

Prior to that, I worked at HSBC for 10 years in different roles , the latest one was Head of Service quality and Marketing.

Currently I am the Group Director of Operational Risk and Business Continuity at Capital Bank Group covering Jordan, Iraq , Saudi and DIFC.
