Rand Al Habash
With over 20 years of Human Resources Management, Organization Development. Leadership and Strategic Management insightful experience in various national and regional organizations, key skills in developing strategies; organizational development, design and restructuring; human capital development and expertise in driving company-wide strategic planning and execution. Rand is an industry professional. She is a CIPD Associate and a member of IMC Jordan, with the license to conduct SHL Occupational Ability Tests, and is currently functioning as a Freelance Consultant and Trainer.
Rand earned her Higher Diploma in Strategic Management from Manchester University/ United Kingdom, Diploma in Business & Business English from St. Godric’s College in London and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Economics degree from the University of Jordan. She worked with ministries, governmental directorates and institutions to build their business values, develop their organizational policies and regulations, conduct their restructuring programs and to develop talents by implementing effective capacity building programs. Her service portfolio includes engagements in lead advisory and Human Capital Management and Development; providing consultancy to Board, Executives, Managers, HR and organizational projects and supporting the development of an efficient platform for HR systems, processes and tools.
Rand worked for 18 years for the Central Bank of Jordan, where she led and directed all HR functions as the Head of the Human Resources division. She also was a member of the C-Suite Team of both the Social Security Investment Fund and Dar Al Dawa. With the ability to communicate across all business levels to develop strong work relationships with key stakeholders, Rand is able to influence business decisions with an overall commitment to driving efficiency, innovation and change.
She contributed to supporting the Emirati diplomatic scene by preparing and qualifying diplomats of various ranks and administrators in order to be able to carry out their tasks efficiently based on knowledge and competency.
