Natalie is the Senior Director of Corporate Communications and Marketing at Bank al Etihad. With over 15 years of experience, her passion lies in creating purpose-driven brands.


In 2014, Natalie was one of the cross-functional team members tasked with building and launching Bank al Etihad’s women’s market program, Shorouq. Bank al Etihad’s women’s market program is the first of its kind in Jordan and has cemented Bank al Etihad's position as the employer and bank of choice for women in Jordan. Today, she is leading the establishment of a sustainability unit at the bank, aiming to create long-term stakeholder value through the implementation of practices that focus on the environmental, social, and ethical dimensions of doing business.


Natalie is a certified board director by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and a Certified Experience Economy Expert. She holds a BA degree in International Communications and Marketing from Franklin University, Switzerland, and is completing her Master's Degree in Information and Knowledge Management Strategy from Columbia University.
