Manal is the Founder of Milbes and Eid “M&E”, a market leader in providing full-fledged design and fabrication services for retail businesses and leading shopping  centers and malls based on non-permanent and interactive installations. M&E creates a positive impact for consumers, businesses and brands by providing turnkey solutions from design, fabrication, and activation to dismantling and storing to assure high quality and impactful installations. 

Graduated from Jordan University with a BSC in Architecture, Manal began her career in architecture and interior design. Raised in a family, which values entrepreneurship, it seemed natural that she joined the family business as the company’s Operations Manager before leading her own path. Manal’s personal mission is reflected in her business approach and company’s values; Serving in excellence and with purpose.

Manal holds a Higher Diploma in Child Education from Open Arab University. She belongs to the Business Professional Women Association (BPWA), Jordan Engineering Association, and 6 Seconds Network for EQ. Manal’s expertise is in team leading and management, operations, financial analysis, and business development.  

In 2015, Manal Co-founded “PlayGround”, an indoor space dedicated to learning and development through play. In 2016, due to her interest in personal development, she co founded “Indigo” a company that offers different consultation and training services under the umbrella of Emotional Intelligence. 

Over the past years, Manal joined different programs; Vital Voices Fellowship Program, Six Seconds EQ Advanced Certification and Amam/JIOD Corporate Directors Program, the accumulated experience gave her the needed fuel to open her latest business by creating a service-based company that specializes in interactive installations and family entertainment, M&E. 

As M&E grew and developed so did Manal’s understanding for the local market and business needs;  in 2021 M&E expanded by initiating an in-house supply chain and started by operating an assembly line and an industrial workshop to  cover their needs for the different requirements of the fabrication process from Fiber and Polystyrene casting to carpentry and painting.
