With over 21 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development & Governance in both executive and advisory roles, Mrs. Samaha’s professional expertise is focused on the transformational development of the Organizational & HR practices. This covers the build out of the HR Management function and supervising the management and development activities including building HR Strategies and strengthening the service offering through HR entities within organizations. 

Mrs. Samaha’s management and consulting experience include the different aspects of HR areas covering conducting organizational evaluation and analysis, organizational design and structuring/restructuring, conducting training needs assessment and development, designing and implementing performance management systems and career development programs, in addition to developing remuneration and reward strategies, and developing and implementing change management programs. 

Mrs. Maha possess hands-on experience in different industries covering Investment Management, Automotive, Retail, Construction Materials, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, and FMCG where she held the position of HR and Organizational Development Director and Manager in a number of renowned regional and international companies such as Lafarge, Nestle’ Waters, Migrate (Panbuck Group), and Imseeh Group. She has executed small and large projects under both her capacity as an Independent Advisor (e.g.: Google.org, Grey Lemonte, HINCO, Orbex and others) and her capacity as an Advisor in a regional consulting firm operating in the Middle East. 

In addition to the OD and HR field, Maha served as a Board Member and Board Advisor for different Boards supporting the development and the execution of Governance Charters within these Boards and was also appointed as a Corporate Secretary for one of those Boards. She is currently executing two large Organizational Development and HR projects in the middle east and is still serving as a Board Member and Advisor in Boards for two Regional Investment Groups.  

Apart from the corporate capacity, Maha is an active women supporter and has been serving as a Mentor for women in the “Global Thinkers Forum” for the past three years guiding & helping women in both their professional and personal lives. 

Finally, Maha holds a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Interpretation from the Applied Science University in Jordan and has been married for 18 years. She’s blessed with three beautiful, athletic, and smart children with the ages 17, 13, and 4 years old.
