Lubna is currently heading the Client Acquisition Priority department at Standard Chartered Bank and has previously led Private Banking and Wealth Management departments in Arab Jordan Investment Bank and HSBC, she has over 16 years of experience with specialties that includes consumer banking, innovation, digital transformation, business development, sales and customer service as well as strategic planning and execution, managed departments in both local and multinational banks which contributed in being a subject matter expert in the banking industry.
During her career and being a well-rounded banker in management & sales, Lubna implemented continuous improvement in the business ensuring achieving financial and non-financial targets and focusing on customer centric solutions.
A results-oriented leader with a proven success in launching new departments especially in phases of banks’ new acquisitions. Has a track record of increasing sales & service while driving productivity and managing costs.
From an educational perspective, Lubna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and a master’s degree (MBA) specialized in Strategic Management from the German Jordanian University.
Lubna with an aptitude for technology and digitalization has recently obtained a Harvard degree in Fintech and is also accredited as a Financial Planning Advisor for Wealth Management products, advisory services and offshore accounts from the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance in Bahrain.
