Abeer Qumsieh

Abeer is the Founder and CEO of Better Business and the Founder and CEO of Khibraty. She is an expert in Organizational Transformation and Corporate Culture Development. She serves on several prominent boards; among them is the Global Entrepreneurship Organization EO, on the Global Board Leadership Committee.

Abeer is a certified Board Director by the IFC and currently a board member on Universal Modern Industries Co. for Edible Oil, the Elia Nuqul Foundation, and an advisor on Iman Early Learning Center, Alchemist Lab and Hello World Kids. She is one of the founding members of the EO’s Jordan Chapter where she served on the local board for three consecutive years. She is a member of the International Women Forum and the BPWA International. She served on lnjaz Board of Directors as well as the board of trustees for over ten years. Abeer embarked on several adventures including climbing to Everest base camp in the fight against Cancer, supporting the KHCC.

Abeer received several awards among them is the International Leadership Award "Power to Make a Difference "Finland by the International BPWA Global and received the International Entrepreneurship Challenge Award from China by the International Entrepreneurship Challenge and Entrepreneur of the Year finalist award by Ernest and Young Jordan.

She is married & a proud mom of two daughters. Abeer focuses her philanthropic work on aiding women & youth to become business and community leaders.
